Roberta Anslow is an award-winning photographer who specializes in original, natural light photography printed on canvas.

Her works include Capettes (snippets of Cape Cod), Beautification of Inanimate Objects (fishing gear, ship gear), Abstracts of the Ordinary (dead fish), Art of Baseball, and Nature.

Roberta’s paternal grandfather was a well-known architectural sculptor in New York, who carved many of the stone embellishments located on the facades of the city’s buildings. During the 1920’s, he was commissioned to carve the Mother Goose statue located in Central Park. She is thankful to her grandfather for passing on his artistic and creative genes.

Initially, Roberta concentrated on her technical abilities, as she majored in Computer Science and pursued a career in high tech.  As a User Experience Designer, Roberta envisions how people use websites and software applications.

A few years ago, she bought her first digital SLR camera and quickly fell in love with the art of photography and subsequently the process and technique of printing. Through the process of discovery, she found that she liked giving her photos a slightly painted quality, which is further enhanced by printing on matte canvas. She completes her inkjet printing process by applying a customized coating.  As a result of her interest in printing, Roberta has started her own Giclee & Fine Art printing business.

Roberta is the owner of Roberta Anslow Photography & Printing, through which her printing services are available. She is also owner of Pink Catahoula, an integrated marketing service for artists.
